James Coston

James is a podiatrist with an honours MSc in Podiatry, giving him a solid background in foot and lower limb health. His earlier studies in psychology and personal experience with MSK pain have shaped how he approaches patient care, focusing on empathy and understanding what is important to each individual.

He has a passion for managing musculoskeletal (MSK) issues, biomechanics, and gait analysis, as well as routine care and nail surgery. James is dedicated to improving overall foot health, whether by alleviating chronic pain, managing gait anomalies, or simply maintaining healthy feet.
