I had podiatry nail surgery recently with Sussex Total Foot Care. Prior to this I had the same surgery 3 times. 1 successful surgery on my left big toe and 2 unsuccessful surgeries on my right big toe at GP surgery. In all my experiences Sussex Total Foot Care were a far Superior Care and result to the same surgery. The next best was NHS podiatry but they have a very long waiting period if they choose to proceed and only 1 more appointment post surgery. James at Sussex Total Foot are performed the surgery and after care which you will not receive on the NHS. In my opinion this facility is the only option you should choose for nail surgery. My daughter has been going to see Tristan for just over a year now.  Both feet were riddled with Veruccae. We had tried everything before coming to see Tristan (doctors, creams, burning/ ice etc etc).

I can not recommend the clinic and James enough, I've been struggling with my feet for years due to operations and most recently having a bad bout of cellulitis. I'm still having issues re the cellulitis, but James completely put my mind at rest regarding this. He also removed 2 corns, made me 2 insoles, and explained thoroughly exactly what was going on and advised me what to do to help reduce the pain. It was very reasonably priced, in my opinion. I have had my first appointment with James Coston. He was very professional and caring. He was also very gentle. I hardly felt a thing when he dealt with my problematic foot.
