DNA/ Missed Appointments/Late Cancellations

In the event of a missed appointment or failure to notify the practice of non-
attendance, the standard policy for this is for the full fee of your appointment to be paid to the practice.

We require a minimum of 48 hours notice for a change or cancellation of an
appointment so we can offer the appointment to another patient. Less than 48 hours
notice and missed appointments, we reserve the right to charge the appointment fee.
